1. General
1.1
The following conditions govern the use of DSI Dr. Stange + Co Nachf database by the participants towards the
DSI Dr. Stange Nachf + Co. GmbH, located in CH-6391 Engelberg (hereinafter referred to as DSI). Different conditions of the participant shall not, even if not expressly contradicted by the DSI.
1.2
To change these terms and conditions by the DSI are only effective if the participants in writing
have been reported.
2. Formation of Contract
2.1
A contract to participate in the database is entirely due to a

4. Liability
4.1

5. Privacy Policy
5.1

The parties may exercise their rights and obligations under this Agreement without the prior written consent of the other

Jurisdiction for all disputes arising out of or in connection with this contract - if permitted - is true for participants from the EU Stuttgart according to German law, for all non-EU participants, the Swiss law and jurisdiction is Sarnen.

The contractual relationship between the parties is governed by German law.
6.5
If any provision of this contract in whole or in part, legally or not be or become ineffective, this will affect the remaining provisions of the contract are not affected.
